From an appraisers point of view it is unusual to find an AMC representative making an effort to have a system that works and is fair to all parties. The fees paid by your company are certainly reasonable and within the norm of the consumers expectations. Your ability to disburse information in a timely manor, and your accessability is allowing us to serve the clients/lenders in a manor that should be expected and we want to deliver.
